Stephanie, Dental Assistant
While working as a receptionist in a dental office, Stephanie found her love for the field. Having found her passion, Stephanie decided it was time to further her career in dentistry and enrolled in the Dental Assisting Academy of the Palm Beaches, where she trained to become a dental assistant. She’s the newest team member at Zarina Staller Dentistry, but has already made her mark by providing superior assistance in both the front and the back of the office. She enjoys the calm, relaxing atmosphere of the office, and as an aspiring makeup artist in her free time, Stephanie understands the importance of a beautiful smile. She enjoys traveling and exploring new beaches, taking her fiancée to date nights at the latest culinary hotspot, and watching movies with her puppy or her best friend, who also happens to be her sister.
Nadia, Dental Hygienist
Ever since she was a child, Nadia had the desire to be involved in the dental field. She saw how she would be able to help others, and that looked very rewarding! With this in mind, she attended the Palm Beach State College dental hygiene program. Since then, she has been helping to perfect people’s smiles for 4 years. As a Dental Hygienist, she provides each patient with exceptional, personal care. She also makes sure the office is clean and orderly for each patient that comes in and helps each one of them schedule their next appointment. What she loves about her job is the ability to educate her patients on their oral health and how it impacts every aspect of their overall wellness. She also loves learning new things form her coworkers. When she’s not in the office, she loves to spend time with her husband, puppy, family, and friends. You can also find her on the beach adding to her food blog!
Maria, Dental Hygienist
After completing her training at Palm Beach State College, she has been helping patients achieve the optimal oral health for the last 2 years. In addition to her hygiene training, she is also acquiring her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Management. One of her main responsibilities at the office is providing non-surgical periodontal therapy to patients as well as educate them about steps to take to reach their optimal oral health. What she loves most about her job is a combination of these teaching moments with patients and the friendly staff she works with. She looks forward to coming to work every day because of the coworkers she’s surrounded by. When she’s not at the office, she likes to spend time with her family (family movie nights are a real hit!). She also volunteers at her church, helping with the children. She also spends time volunteering for dental events hosted by Palm Beach State College.
Ivette, Dental Assistant
Since 1989, Ivette has spent every day learning something new about dentistry, and the field has always been interesting to her. She received her dental training from Louis Lasky Medical and Dental Center in Lindenhurst, New York, and has always been driven to help people. If dentistry wasn’t her passion, she’d likely find herself as a nurse, because she enjoys providing care to others and ensuring they are comfortable. At our office, Ivette assists Dr. Staller with preparing for procedures, taking x-rays, and explaining processes to the patient. She enjoys being a part of a professional team that’s committed to great dental care. She’s proud of the work that Dr. Staller does, especially in cosmetic dentistry, and loves how each patient is given the dentist’s full attention and never made to feel rushed. Ivette volunteers with her church, packing meals for the less fortunate, and loves quality time with her children, exercising, and yoga.
Beth, Patient Coordinator
The healthcare industry was an inevitable career path for Beth, who took an interest in dentistry as a teenager. She knew she’d spend her time as an adult working in a field that helps others, and once she graduated from the Oxford Circle Academy for Dental or Medical Assistants in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, it became a reality. Beth is happy to help Dr. Staller’s patients with all their questions and concerns and takes care of filing insurance claims, scheduling appointments, discussing financial options, and helping with other patient needs. With over 34 years of experience in dentistry, Beth can confidently say that Dr. Staller is “the kindest, gentlest, generous, and most caring dental professional” she’s ever worked with. She loves the commitment the whole team takes to ensuring patients are happy the moment they enter to the moment they leave. She loves helping her friends decorate, and with the dental office –it’s beautiful underwater photography and elegant design – she’s got a great example. She believes in continuous learning, both on the job and computer-based. Beth is family focused, and she enjoys spending her time with her husband, parents, children, and grandchildren.
Karen, Dental Hygienist
Karen started her professional career at Glassboro State College and Camden County College, NJ, where she received her bachelor’s in Communications and her associates in Applied Sciences, respectively. After completing her education, she wanted to pursue a career in the healthcare field for one purpose – to be able to help people. She’s been helping people for the last 15 years, specifically the last 3.5 years by Dr. Staller’s side. At Zarina Staller Dentistry, she is responsible for the dental hygiene, nutritional counseling, home care instruction, and education of each patient that comes through their doors. She loves the fact that this office is truly focused on the care and consideration of EACH patient that sits in their chairs. If she wasn’t working with Dr. Staller, she’d be working with animals, caring for them and providing them with a better life. She also has her realtor’s license with the state of Florida and is a member of the National Association of Realtors. She also enjoys cooking, boating, traveling, and spending time with her family.
